Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Anchor AI Works ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Anchor AI Works provides artificial intelligence language model services through a web interface and API. The Service is currently in development. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or entity per account. Sharing API keys is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract model weights
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input content. Output generated by the Service is licensed to you for your use. Anchor AI Works retains all rights to the Service itself, including models, infrastructure, and branding.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Anchor AI Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchor AI Works from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anchor AI Works operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
